ow7 Frequently Asked
Questions

Your account should be credited within 5–30 minutes after a deposit. If it takes longer, send a confirmation screenshot showing the completed transfer from your bank or payment app to ow7 Live Chat. The support team will check the records and help resolve it as quickly as possible. Keep your transaction ID saved.

Log in to your ow7 account and select Wave Money from the deposit options. Send the amount from your Wave Money app to the Wave Money number shown, then enter the transaction reference number in the ow7 deposit form. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks. Only send from the Wave Money number registered in your own name — if there is a mismatch, the funds will need to be returned.

When depositing with KBZPay, use only the KBZPay number provided by ow7 — do not mix it up with a direct KBZ Bank transfer. Include your ow7 account name or ID in the payment note or remark. If your transfer exceeds the KBZPay limit, coordinate with the ow7 support team in advance. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks.

ow7 does not charge any extra fees on deposits. However, transfer fees applied by payment platforms such as KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay are the player's responsibility. ow7 will not deduct anything — the full amount you deposit will be credited to your account.

A wagering requirement is the minimum amount you need to bet before you can withdraw winnings from a bonus. At ow7 it is bonus amount × 15. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you need to wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. Every bet counts toward your wagering progress, which you can track in your account.

In ow7's Refer a Friend program, you receive 10% of your referred friend's first deposit as bonus funds, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. You also earn 0.1% of your referred friends' qualifying bets as weekly commission. Contact ow7 Live Chat to get your referral link and find out how to refer someone.

The Welcome Bonus is a first-deposit bonus that can only be claimed once per account. You receive 100% of your deposit as a bonus (up to 500,000 Ks) on your first deposit only — it cannot be claimed again from the second deposit onward. Multi-account checks are in place, so play with your own single account only.

After opening your ow7 account, make sure the Welcome Bonus is activated before you deposit. If you deposit at least 10,000 Ks, you will instantly receive 100% of that amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. You can only withdraw winnings from the bonus after completing wagering of bonus amount × 15.

In Baccarat, two sides — Player and Banker — are each dealt cards, and the side whose total is closest to 9 wins. You simply place your bet on Player, Banker, or Tie before the cards are dealt, so there are no further decisions to make. This makes it a simple and straightforward game for beginners. On ow7's Live Casino, you play with a live dealer.

You can play ow7's Live Casino on both Android and iOS phones through the browser. No app installation is needed — just go to ow7.bet and select the Casino section. The games are mobile-optimised so they are easy to play with a touchscreen, and with a good connection (WiFi or 4G) the live streaming video runs smoothly.

In Roulette, a ball spins around a wheel numbered 0 to 36 and lands on a number. You can choose from a range of betting options such as a single number (Straight Up), Red/Black, or Odd/Even, making it a well-rounded game for new players. ow7 Casino offers both European Roulette and Live Roulette, so you can play in whichever style you prefer.

Both Dragon Tiger and Baccarat are card games, but Dragon Tiger deals just one card each to Dragon and Tiger, and the higher card wins — making it simpler than Baccarat. In Baccarat, each hand receives two to three cards and the side closest to 9 wins. Dragon Tiger moves faster and each round wraps up quickly, so players who prefer a quicker pace tend to enjoy it.
